Homemade Vanilla Salt Scrub

For Valentine's Day I made a few of my girlfriends Homemade Vanilla Salt Scrub.

I found these cute glass bottle at IKEA (4 for $2.99). Then I decorated them with ribbons.

The recipe for the salt scrub is so simple and works magic to soften hands. The sugar and salt scrub away dead skin while the oils leave your skin silky smooth.

Homemade Salt Scrub

2 c. sugar

2 c. epsom salt

1 1/2 c vegetable oil

1 T vitamin E oil

3-10 drops lavender or other essential oil (I used vanilla)

Mix sugar, salt and oils together until thoroughly combined.
