Another of my secret weapons is Block posters. This site helps you make huge posters with your printer really easily. The trick is to use as high of resolution as you can on the picture, and then you get a cool poster that you can print out and reassemble on the wall. These make great gag gifts and gifts for teenagers and children. I made my son a huge block poster of something he drew (I wish we still had it to show you.) You could make a block poster of yourself to give to your sweetie. Or you could make a block poster of Edward, from Twilight (you know you want to.) The possibilities are endless.
